Workshop Description: Authentic Assertiveness: What A Challenge! This is an accompaniment group consisting of 6x3hour meetings on the theme of assertiveness and following the guidelines presented in the new PRH publication Standing up: the art of ‘existing’. Participants will be required to make a serious commitment to the work, which is given between meetings in order to facilitate their progress on the path to authentic assertiveness.
