What is essential in the personality

Each person has a unique personality. The core of this personality is positive. We also have an image of ourselves. The way I see myself affects my personality. It can help or hinder its development and the way in which I lead my life.

This workshop aims at helping participants to become aware of their self-image, discover the core elements of their personality and to discover how to progress in becoming more who they are at the heart of themselves. (2.5 days)
