Workshop Description: Discovering the Core of My PersonalityWhat is essential in the personality Each person has a unique personality. The core of this personality is positive. We also have an image of ourselves. The way I see myself affects my personality. It can help or hinder its development and the way in which I lead my life. This workshop aims at helping participants to become aware of their self image, discover the core elements of their personality and to discover how to progress in becoming more who they are at the heart of themselves.
